Mcdonald's

This is the one of the nicest McDonalds that I have been to. It might even be the best looking Mcdonalds in the Dallas area and that might not be an overstatement. The inside is styled like an upscale bar lounge and there is also the coffee bar which is styled nicely too. The appearance of this store is the main reason I am giving a 5 rating. The chairs even have cushions. I have never seen this in other McDonald's that I have been to.

So I visited the Beltline store and I am very disappointed. When I arrived at the drive through, the attendant didn't even welcome me or anything. He says "what will you have". Is this the new normal now? Then I wait at the window for 10 mins while a line of cars pile in behind me. The guy at the window was helpful but kept saying waiting on fries. So finally got my meal and the fries were luke warm. I ordered a double quarter pounder and cheese and I got a cold uncooked patty in a single burger. I included a pic of the burger. I mean really???

1st time inside this location and I must say I am impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. My wife and my 3 kids have been here for about 1 hour and a half in the playground area. The staff has been doing detail cleaning the whole time I've been here. I don't know if it's like this every day but today is a Tuesday and they are working on every detail. Awesome job to the team and managers.

IT would've been better if they had pancakes but it seems that they stop their breakfast at 10:30. My friend invited me to join her. I love the fact that this place is always clean and you see their employees cleaning all the time. The bathroom are clean and love the fact that now they have touchless soap dispenser, the faucet automatically start when you put your hands underneath, and the same becomes a dryer!👍👍😀😀. No more waste if paper, and it teaches people not to throw them on the floor. Great job!!

You always remember your first McDonald's. I have been eating at this location before I was even born, literally from the womb. My home neighborhood, my sweet old stomping grounds. I stop by sometimes if I am in the neighborhood. The staff is always humble and the food is always delicious. Thank you, Richardson McDonald's!

Service is disgusting. Never felt so disrespected just being somewhere. Had a simple small order. Yet ignored by employees and they are so rude. Received a small coffee instead of medium, when asked a manager if mine was medium, she said yes, then I asked to see a small, then she corrected the lady who made it and told her it should be bigger. That on top of the rudeness. A man behind me ordered a sprite, he had to call for someone just to hand him the sprite over the counter. Just ridiculous.
