Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Each time I've visited this location, I've received great, prompt service. I've ordered at the counter, as well as online for in-store pickup and have received the same level of great service. Unlike some locations, here, you can choose to eat at their inside or outside tables. There is a large parking lot, usually with many spaces available during different times of the day. Nestled on the far right end of the Plaza America shopping center, this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is conveniently located along Sunset Hills Rd., not far from Wiehle-Reston East metro station.

Went in a couple months ago and have not came in since yesterday one girl wearing a scarf was so nice and answered all my questions, lady making my food was rude and when I asked for napkins she looked at me and walked away I had to ask a different girl My first experience a few months ago was horrible and never came back until yesterday my first experience I came in and a lady making food so was rude and when I asked her for something she just looked at me and walked away. Overall yesterday costumer survive was not bad and lady with a scarf was nice

I had a large catering order for my company recently. The order was delivered, my employees raved that the food was very good! There was initially a mixup on the order that we caught early and the team at Tropical Smoothie went above and beyond to make it right and deliver stellar service to their customers. I would be happy to trust them to handle my next catering order for my company again!

Great experience today with picking up our corporate office order. I arrived at 11am and the lovely ladies were so helpful ensuring everything was boxed and ready, they labeled the food and smoothies as requested, and it was an easy in-and-out experience. All of the food orders were processed and modified to everyone’s requests which we truly appreciate considering allergies are a big deal for us here. You all were so great with your customer service! Being in the same industry, I can understand it takes an extra touch from an associate or manager to truly shine and bring a positive experience to a client. So again, thank you to Vitasta and staff today for the attention to detail on our lunch order. We look forward to having Tropical Smoothie for lunch again soon!

We love this place and order from this specific store (Reston, VA) regularly. I wanted to drop a review to specifically call out the awesome customer service. We had an issue with our delivery order and the delivery service itself was not very helpful. I called the store directly and the staff were so friendly and helpful and immediately resolved the issue. It was such a nice experience - this will continue to be our #1 smoothie spot!

I had excellent service. It's always nice when you're given a smile and positive vibes. It makes the experience just so nice that it made me to write a review. I was pleased with the the staff at this location. Super awesome. Not to mention, they got ready my meal super fast and it wasn't even sloppy!
