Starbucks

I had a terrible experience at this location. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. I visited this location today around noon, ordered a latte, they made the wrong drink, argued with me about it and when I asked to speak with a manager a lady came to the window and was more rude than the person I was originally dealing with. Then a young man who said he was the manager came to the window and was equally rude. I was able to get my money back but not the 30 minutes I waited on a drink I was not able to enjoy. Please do not spend your hard earned money at this location.

Worse Starbucks I have ever been too. The wait is insane at the Drive-Thru. Then I go inside thinking it would be quicker and for ignored at the register. I then went back in the line outside and waited another 20 minutes for a coffee!!!! I would rather go to Dunkin' right across the street than this place

3 stars because Starbucks coffee is in my top five. This location is just not up to par. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building and every other day they're closed early --not to mention they failed at making my caramel macchiato right too many times. You'll do better driving to the 7-eleven up the street.

Was VERY disappointed with this Starbucks! They were obviously understaffed and didn't even acknowledge that I was there waiting for them to take my order. Then after we finally ordered and got our coffees we sat down and all of a sudden the music was turned up so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I had to practically yell at a woman, I assume was the manager, to get her attention because the music was so loud. I asked her if she could please turn down the music and she responded that "it is Starbucks policy to have the music at this level". I didn't even know how to respond...we just left.
