I visited this McDonald's during a trip to Redditch and only stopped by for a coffee. The place had a pleasent atmosphere. I especially appreciated the ample car parking available, which made the visit convenient. Great spot for a quick break!

Like the detriment of many McDonalds outlets the main focus seems to focus on Just Eat and Uber Eats orders and hardly on the Dine-in Customer. Tables left dirty and sticky. Bins so full they can't fit anymore rubbish in and seating taken …
Mistakes on order and staff were quite rude in trying to get me to move despite me waiting for the rest of my order on the drive through. Had to go to the end window to wait until someone arrives for it then to be sorted and by that time the rest of my food was cold.
