I asked for a coffee with cream on the side and sugar free sweetener on the side so that i could add it. I was given a coffee with milk or cream and it definitely had sugar in it and was not what I asked for. They thought I was using the system to get a pricier coffee for less money. I'm just watching my calories. How dare they? If I'm not allowed to add it myself, why was I allowed to do so before covid, when we had the sugar and creams available? They offered to remake it, but at this point i felt judged simply because the cashier thought I was playing the system, which I wasn't. All the cashier had to do was tell me what drink they decided to make before I paid for it, that way I wouldn't have been treated like a person who is taking advantage.

Young woman who helped my mother was very rude, didn’t ask if we had a Starbucks rewards card and was nonplused when we asked to have the transaction reversed to pay for it again with the rewards number included. We bought $40 worth of coffee, so that’s a good bit of points for one purchase.

Nitro cold brew always hits the spot. So smooth and a perfect cup of coffee. Sometimes they run out at some locations, got this one at Redding Lancers location at 230 pm.

i was waiting at the mobile order pickup area for about 10 minutes. nobody asked for my name and everyone was too busy making drinks to even ask me what my name was. then a barista finally tells me “oh your order was right here the entire time” and hands it to me. wasted 10 minutes of my lunch break because they completely ignored me, won’t be returning to this location <3

This town has one free-standing Starbucks store and one that is a kiosk inside of Safeway. I don't know how much business the kiosk does but this poor store is very popular and very overworked. The drive-thru line is always super long and there's not much room for it to be without leaving your car halfway in the road. I think that this store would be greatly benefited by moving to a new location where there's a lot more room for them to grow and for their drive-thru. As far as the service goes here I rarely ever have a problem. Once in a great while somebody will forget something or do something wrong but it's pretty rare.

This is one of my favorite locations. They always have friendly staff and the drive thru is one of the quicker ones, even when the line is super long. Also, when the line is too long for me to feel like waiting in.. I just place an order on the app for pickup, and run inside. There’s hardly ever anyone waiting inside, and it’s ready practically by the time I walk in. Also, they have a large selection of merchandise every time I come to this one.. so it’s a good place to use your star rewards.
