Taco Bell

Well usually I love taco bell, however there service here was less than poor. No warning that they were out of lettuce and sour cream. Got home to eat and looks like a child put my food together. I dont normally do this but I called and the manager and he was less than sympathetic. Very sad the level of service, again I don't normally post things like this but hopefully it will save someone else the headache. I won't be spending money here anymore.

Orders are always right but they close whenever they want and tell me why there’s SEVEN people in the kitchen, but customers have to use the kiosk to order? Fine. I placed my order there but I was paying with cash. The girl in the kitchen yelled to me “it’s cause we’re not taking cash and you need to order at the kiosk”. What’s up with that

Ok so after your done ordering your give an OPTION to round up is what was repeated to me when asked for what your told for the "TACO BELL FOUNDATION" I DIDNT EVEN KNOW TACO BELL HAD A FOUNDATION..I declined and apparently that is the wrong answer as if taco bell isn't making enough already now your pressured into the round up or else . The lady on the intercom suddenly wasn't so giggly n cheery as after saying to pull forward but before the intercom button was released you could here a broadcast sent out to the back to the ones preparing your meal "this one didn't round up" My meal was 20 dollars n change what would you round up too ? 30? even if it were to twenty one that's only a few cents what would the benefit be ? At any rate the tacos were meatless n cold just lettuce we had to ask for our drinks no napkins so just be aware if they ask you to round up there's a possibility your meal may be better prepared I'm probably going to tell em keep the change next time

I’ve never felt the need to write a review for anything but my experience at this place was horrid. The woman taking orders was extremely rude and condescending, I ordered 3 things and as she waited for me to finish, she says “woah.” Nothing else. A little confused I say, “I’m sorry do you need me to repeat?” she says “You think?” When I got to the window they were out of beef and naturally the freeze machine was down. I can get over running out of ingredients but I’ve worked in food and never been so rude to a customer. Circle tattoo on her left arm hope she gets fired.
