Stayed an entire week at the hotel that this restaurant is located in and supposedly services, BUT they didn't have an updated menu available in any of the rooms or at the front desk of the hotel. When I called to consider making resevations (for a family of 5 steak dinners) I asked the lady if they had a menu available because all the resources they mention were coming up short. The website didn't work and there were no menus anywhere. So the ladies comment to me was, " well I have a menu right here in front of me" as if to say what is the problem. I've stayed at other hotels offering room service and the answer usually has been. "Yes, we have new menus and we will have one sent up." Or, " yes, we do but we are busy would you mind coming down for one?" You know good OLD customer service! I could see if they weren't offering room service than ok, but they were. At that point they lost our business. We spent alot of money on food over the duration of our stay. Too bad it didn't go to them and it would have been awesome to have the convenience. Also my lil grand daughter was pretty disappointed we didn't order room service.
