So, I usually have no problems with anything at this location, but today was unacceptable. Isabella was waiting for an order to be passed to her when she asked Mindy, who was preparing a sandwich for my girlfriend, if she had already moved the new bread to the top of the holding rack. Instead of a very simple "No, I'll do that as soon as I'm done with this order"... she snapped very aggressively at Isabella, basically degrading her for daring to be helpful in front of customers. It made me, my girlfriend, and the whole team visibly uncomfortable. I will not return as long as Mindy works there.

This was by far the worst service I have received. I called my order in and went 20 minutes later to pick it up. They hadn't started it. Then 8 had to wait for them to wait on everyone in line. Luckily I watched them make my pizza because she tried to put it in the oven without the veggies I ordered. My son ordered a 6 inch sandwich. The girl started setting up a footlong. So I corrected her. Then the next girl started putting the wrong veggies on his sandwich. UGH

Do not like Debit card machine! Wants you to leave a tip and almost impossible to get the "no tip" touch button to register. Did not receive change from paying. Realize they were busy but this has been happening the last several times I have been there. Cookie prices have changed every time I'm there! All people should know the prices!!
