I stopped for a small bite to eat. The guy who took my order had an awesome attitude! He was very polite to the 4 people who ordered while I was waited for my food. The time was reasonable, but they threw in a free fries for the wait. Store was clean, and the parking lot.

Ordered curbside, at the restaurant, checked in right after I submitted the order. 25 minutes go by and still no food. So I went into restaurant and they didn't even know there was a curbside order.. They then took their time making it, I got the food maybe 15 minutes after that. Checked the bag, order was wrong, ordered two HUGE sandwiches, what was in there were two small sandwiches (the ones you get in a kids meal), and the potato that I ordered was missing toppings. Went back to tell them about the wrong sandwiches, they looked at us like they were confused. Every person in the restaurant had wrong orders, the workers were wearing headphones, wearing crocs, no hair nets or gloves, and the floors were so dirty, I was sticking to them. There were flies everywhere.. Horrible service, manager refused to step up for the mistakes, a boy that wasn't even involved in the order came up to apologize and help fix the order.

100% everything miserable. The staff were yelling. I sat waiting for my order to be taken for 3 minutes without anyone saying anything. The food was old and stale. Looking inside everything made me feel grossed out. I only came here because Chick fil A was closed and I am reminded why I never come here.

We enjoy Wendy's but we had way to many bad experiences at the one in wyomissing we just waited 45 min for food we ordered on the app. Everyone seemed new and no one was trained. We felt bad for the workers running in circles that were not trained

Okay so we go into this Wendy's in the Drive-Thru and order a medium 10-piece meal with a medium Frosty on the side and they give us a small one and say that's the only size they have in the place. They give a 0 napkins in the bags with our food I go inside to get the spoon that they forgot with the Frosty and both napkin dispensers are empty inside the dining room with a pile of wet napkins laying on the countertop. Whoever owns this franchise you need to up your game really or you're going to lose a lot of people. I do not usually write places but this is pretty bad and I'm hoping the people that came before me and came after me did not have a similar experience

Ordered 2 frosty's online for pickup. Drove here nd thought I had to go in to pick it up but pulled into the spot for Wendy's pickup nd nobody came out and door was locked... tried calling nd phone just rang... lost out on 4$

Waited in the drive through for 15 mins until my order was taken, after ordering had to wait 10 more minutes and when I received my order the bun to my jr bacon cheeseburger looked like it was missing part of it, tasted old, my fires was not in my bag and the soda tasted flat.. never again

Wendy's food is just average burgers are greasy chicken sandwich average french fries will done enough. Was much better a few years ago.
