I just had an issue with them giving me the completely wrong order. Check your drive through order before leaving!
I called to let them know they were having issues in their drive thru. They thanked me , but offered no apologies. Apparently this is typical behave. Just be careful. Otherwise, food is good.

Like the food, but last visit they failed to give us a few items. We did not notice until we got home. When I went back, they knew they messed up, but instead of apologizing or offering us something extra, they just remarked "here for your fish sandwiches?" and handed me the bag. I believe that this was the manager, and it was not very busy, so I shocked that their mistake (and my inconvenience of having to drive back) seemed so typical for them!!!

The drive thru was wrapped around the building. The girl (receipt says katelyn) at the drive thru was super nice even tho you can tell things were getting to busy for their short staff. I didnt mjnd the wait cause the staff was nice and my food was on point!

Food was great and had a family lunch with my father in law. Food was slightly quick and was delicious there curly fries are like no others.

Staff at drive thru is rude. No hello or have a good one.. not even a fake smile- just miserable. Good luck making it in life being a negative person with not ambition.

The McDonald’s in Exeter is the best McDonald’s to go to. They are prompt, polite and always have my mobile orders ready very quickly. However the McDonald’s in Mount Penn is horrible. The food is always cold, rude staff and always messing up the orders!

Giving it A+ bcuz of my Wife. I mean I like Arby's & their crinkle fries are serious, but they are currently in top 3 of wife's food places
