Mcdonald's

Typically experience is okay from here. Nothing stands out as spectacular as far as employee attitudes and daily operations. Frequently the ice cream machine is broken (ok😏). I own ice cream machines and personally went in and offered to fix it. There was obviously nothing wrong with it. I thought it would be interesting to call their bluff and it was interesting LOL.

I will never go to this McDonalds again. They had me waiting 40 minutes for what I ordered at the drive thru. It took 40 minutes to make the new 6 spicy honey chicken tenders (which they put in a 10pc box), 2 apple pies and a chicken wrap that only needed the chicken and flour wrap. When I placed my order I originally wanted a McFlurry. They told me they didnt have any ice cream which was a lie because while I was waiting, there were people who got milkshakes and ice cream cones. Then I asked for 2 apple pies. They told me they only had 1 and were making more would I like cookies instead. They gave me a choice of sugar or chocolate chip. I wanted sugar. The girl comes back and tells me they dont have sugar. So, then I just told her I'll wait for the apple pies which she told me would take 7 minutes. That took over 30 minutes. The manager should be fired for doing this to a customer. I know it was a he cause he came to the register when I was paying for my food. He couldn't even come outside and offer me a soda for waiting or even apologize to me. Not only was this a bad experience but they made me late for work. I attached photos of the food they served me and the tickets that show the times I waited. Hope if anyone else goes to this McDonalds they dont ever experience this. I will stick to Burger King and Chick Filet. They dont make you wait and dont slop their food together.

If it weren't for the fries, the great, reasonably priced Iced Coffee & their $1 drinks, I'd never go back. Sadly, the majority of the time they're not very friendly or customer service oriented. They seem to run out of stuff often. Yesterday it was Diet Coke they were out of. And honestly, our order is wrong 8 out of 10 times. It's frustrating & now just plain annoying. I generally only go for a soda anymore. And even that they've gotten wrong already, unbelievably. The 2 stars is for the cheap drinks & the best fast food fries.
