Dunkin has good breakfast foods. However, they discontinued their ham breakfast sandwiches! Don't they know that ham is a very popular breakfast food??? They also need to offer some lunch-type food, such as chicken, which they did offer for a very short time before they discontinued that. What is wrong with you corporates? Expand your menu - don't shrink it!!

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order. Employees are poorly trained in efficiency. Will not go back or recommend.

This place has a bad habit of "turning their ovens off" way to early iv been in multiple times and try to get food and get told sorry already turned our ovens off when they don't close till 7pm and they are off by 6 630 that's not ok if your open till 7p. You should be able to get food till 7 you can see the night crew is very lazy

10/10 keep driving past this Dunkin. Not only are they horrendously and notoriously S L O W, but they now charge $5 for the same latte I can get at Springfield Dunkin for $3.70. Avoid any Dunks affiliated with the Rutland franchise, unless you enjoy paying way too much for mediocrity.

Great place to get breakfast or an after school snack! The donuts are amazing and the iced coffee is even better! The staff is sweet and helpful, and nothing is too expensive! So happy that we have one in our small town!

Mikayla is so sweet. I don't really like the new Vanilla spice, so I ask to have it made the old way and she is great because she makes it the way I like it. She then forgot to make my mini bagels, but I had nowhere to go. She was hard on herself but it was A ok. She is an amazing employee

Tuesday, Oct 26. I apparently wasn't important enough to get my bagel with cream cheese. Standing around for 10 minutes and then helped a man who ordered after me. They always were slow but plain ignoring an order is just straight bad.
