I would give this place 100 stars if I could. It’s our favorite spot for date night or dinner with close friends and family in Raleigh. The pasta dishes are the best Italian food we’ve found in the area and for a very reasonable price. The owner and staff are always so kind, making sure all of their guest always feel valued and appreciated! Highly recommend Tuscan Blu!

My wife called 5 restaurants to try to make reservation for 18 people for my son’s graduation party. Not one restaurant wanted to take our business. Then she called this place, talked to a person with a heavy Italian english accent, what she later figured out was the owner. She loved his demeanor and his willingness to accommodate our family. When we arrived at the restaurant, we met the person who made us the reservation. Turned out he was the owner. What a beautiful soul. He was so friendly and accommodating. The Food Having visited Italy 10 times in the last 5 years, this was absolutely better than most dishes i have had over there. This restaurant is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Every member of our party of 18 had, what they claimed, was the best dish they had ever had. Thank you all and God bless

Tuscan Blue was amazing! I went there for my friends 21st birthday and they were so attentive and kind. They helped her pick out her first wine and even made sure to put a candle in her cheesecake! The food was AMAZING (I got a chocolate lava cake that was out of this world) and the ambience was so nice. I can’t wait to come back!

Ate lunch here and it was absolutely delicious!!! We had the appetizer, pasta, and dessert - all very YUMMMY!!!! The owners are so kind and make you feel right at home. It is a little piece of Italy right here in Raleigh. The service is stellar and all the recommendations for wine and food pairings was great. We will be back again very soon.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. All the servers helped us, but no one was too intrusive or overbearing. The atmosphere was beautiful. My fiance and I got the stuffed portobello mushroom to start. I love gorgonzola, and dipping the bread in the sauce was so good. She got the Linguini Turkey Meatball pasta. She let me try a bite. I'm not a big tomato sauce fan and I usually find meatballs to be dry, but the bite I had was delicious. I got the Fettuccine Cinque Terre. I ate the whole thing. The sauce was thick and full of flavor, but the pasta wasn't drowning in it. I love a good sauce, and this was perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Word to the wise, the bathrooms are separate. We were at a table by a wall facing the front door. My back was to the wall. The men's bathroom was in the corner to my direct right, and the women's bathroom was in down the hallway to my left past the kitchen. If you head towards the wrong one like I did, someone will kindly point you in the right direction. :)
