Mcdonald's

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the nastiest McGhetto Donalds I have ever been too. The bathroom had about 3 days worth of fecal matter in the toilet. The floors were filthy. I ordered 2 large fries, one of which was only half full when I opened the bag (see pic). Ordered 20 piece chicken nugget and they were out of sauce, and when I got half way through with the box I noticed one of the nuggets had been bitten in half (see that pic too).

The staff preparing the food did not have on gloves. She was picking up eggs, meats, ,cheese, and biscuits with her bare hands. As if this was not nasty enough she was wiping away sweat and NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. And the manager was standing right there.. This is beyond nasty this is dangerous with Covid-19 and cross contamination. Customers health should be important and simple health regulations followed.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Me and my lovely grandmother went here after a hospital visit. An apple pie was all she wanted. We waited in line for 30 minutes. I told the lady at the window that I didn't want cheese. She was rude and dismissive. Turns out she put EXTRA cheese. The apple pies weren't available and took TWENTY MINUTES to cook. Also, they told me they didn't have any chocolate mcflurries. So I said an oreo was fine. Upon arriving to the window, they handed me a cheese burger with extra extra cheese, and no pies. I asked If they had the chocolate mcflurries, and the drive thru worker said yes. The order taker lied to me and told me off. I was speaking to them when the manager came over, glared at me, and slammed the window shut. She was being racist towards me and shut the window again. I will never come back.

The managers Quintierra, Zakita, and Mr. John were absolutely phenomenal at this McDonald’s. The crew members(especially Jacara and Karen) were incredibly sweet and truly went above and beyond for us, I’d leave all of them 5 stars. I put 3 because the owner is an absolute JERK, that doesn’t know how to talk to his employees and micromanaged the entire McDonald’s, I couldn’t even enjoy my food without him right behind me breathing down my throat. He’s arrogant and rude and my heart goes out to those poor employees at this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work guys, your hard work is showing even if your awful owner doesn’t see it. I truly hope corporate does an investigation on this man and see he is NOT fit to manage and run a business.
