Not too happy with the workers/manager that were present at 5:55pm and told us they were closed and didn’t even ask what we were interested in. Hours posted were open until 6:00pm. Sure would of liked to buy a package or two of ice cream. Manager or owner needs to see money walking away with time left on the clock
Shame no dedication or loyalty to further the success of the business
May not be back for a long time sure is a shame as they have good drinks and ice cream!

I’m outside right now and their lobby is closed (idk why they didn’t tell me and the drive thru girl is acting like my service doesn’t matter) I just want a bagel and cream cheese but their workers are not serving me, I guess we’re not allowed to walk through the drive-thru…I’m never spending my money at this Dunkin' ever in my life because I feel like it’s rude to not serve someone who’s obviously wanting to be served.

So, the product from this place (it's a Baskin-Robbins Dunkin combo) are actually pretty good. If they have it. Ice cream selection fairly small. Staff didn't know the different types of cones and had to be told. 1 scoop cone was infinitesimal, laughably so. The sitting area is very nice.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They failed 4 of the 6 visits I had there. The first time it had no sugar only cream when I wanted 5 cream 5 sugar. The second time it was not hot it was cool at best and tasted horrible. The third time they forgot about the sugar again I couldn't believe it. And the fourth time it only warm with no sugar I'm glad I don't have to go there when I'm at home. The drive thru took forever I sat for one hour one of the times. I two words RIDICULOUS SERVICE.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My coworkers ordered 6 dozen donuts for our work and by the time I drove to the location (about 10 minutes) they had them COMPLETELY ready. Not to mention that the staff was amazingly friendly which was nice considering today was the FIRST day of winter snow on Halloween! We will be placing our donuts order from them from now on!

The workers were really nice and helpful after I ordered on the app amd went to pickup and they didn't have anything I ordered and couldn't refund me. It was $25 the nice girls gave me what they could but not enough to add up to what I paid.

The breakfast sandwich was amazing! But I ordered a pink sprinkle donut, this was the picture they gave, and this is the donut I received. Didn’t taste very good. Friendly staff though.
