Extra crispy? Yes please! Now, not as good as Popeyes but it will do in a chicken emergency. Why has KFC not gotten in on the spicy chicken band wagon? Anyway, this location is amazing. The employees are fist class and treat customers with great respect. Also enjoy going because they make you feel good. Food is always fresh and hot. I can make it all the way back to Palmyra and it's still hot!

The 5 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuit was delicious. The employee at window was great. Then I saw an employee come outside the restaurant and offer a homeless man a meal. This guy was wrapped up in a blanket for warmth, walking by. The guy ended up with the chicken sandwich meal and had a look of appreciation on his face. To see this kind of love and care was amazing! KFC should be proud of their Quincy Illinois employees.

Normally a pretty alright kfc, but the staff is questionable. I got a sandwich with a clump of hair in it (not just a few hairs like I had originally thought, when I pulled it out, it was an actual clump of tangled hair like you would pull out of your drain). I called the restaurant to tell them I didn't want a replacement, but whoever is making sandwiches must be shedding hair. The guy who picked up was defending her telling me that her hair was tied up. I told him from initial inspection (before I pulled it out) that it looked like it could be beard hair. He got sassy with me and told me that HE didn't make my sandwich, and that he's black so his hair doesn't fall out (what?). I told him idk what he wants me to say, there was hair in my sandwich, and he said that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to bring it back to the store. I said I didn't, I was already home and did not want to drive back, and he hung up on me. So, yea, as long as you don't have to interact with staff, and don't happen to have hair in your food, pretty alright place.
