Had lanzhou noodles and cumin lamb flat noodles. Both are very good but find the soup is slightly on the light side, but the portion is really huge. Also this place only take cash, no personal cheque and credit cards. So make sure you withdraw from atm before going there.

I’d say best Chinese noodle place around Boston Area!!! Ordered the beef lanzhou noodle and cumin lamb noodle and both are beyond amazing! Very authentic and tasty! Will definitely try again soon for other noodles.

Best noodles in Boston. The cumin lamb dry hand-pulled noodles are out of this world. The spicy cold starch strips and seitan (凉皮)(first picture) are the best I've ever had; the strips are so chewy and slippery. The fish slices with pickled vegetables (second picture) are served with a very fragrant oil infused with chilis and Sichuan peppercorn.

Delicious! Got liang pi (cold skin noodles) and cumin lamb dry noodles and both were great but we liked the lamb noodles a bit better. As a liang pi enthusiast I'd say the texture of the noodles were good and all the right stuff was there but there was something small I can't put my finger on that felt missing so I can't say it was my favorite but I'm a harsh judge. The biang biang mian was great - a bit thicker than my preferred but I actually didn't mind. Flavor and texture were great. Could've used more lamb but I would get it again.

HUGE portion sizes. I said “this is so good” three times while eating the liang pi/ 凉皮 (“cold skin noodles” on their menu). Cumin lamb biang biang noodles in soup for me, brisket wonton noodle soup for boyfriend. Totally hit the spot, 11/10 coming here again next time I’m in Quincy. Honestly would drive to Quincy just to have these noodles again.

Food How have I never heard of this place!? It has the best biang biang noodle in greater Boston area, and it can almost compete with Xi’an famous food in New York. I was so happy when I found this place. Finally I don’t need to go to New York for this noodle. Their marinated duck wings are also addicting. The one dish I wouldn’t recommend is the cucumber salad. Too bland. Everything else Cash only! It is a small shop, so the service, well, it doesn’t exist. Even ordering over the phone is an interesting experience to say the least. Every time after I finish ordering on the phone, they just hang up without telling me the cost or wait time. It is so frustrating.

This business socially distanced customers as only one customer can be at the door ordering at a time. No customers go inside and all the workers have masks and gloves. They also supply hand sanitizer for customers who would like some. Menus are both online and on the window of the business in case you want to just stop by. Only takes around 10 minutes to get your food. I ordered the spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles. Noodles are fresh and made in house. If you can't handle spicy food you should order the non-spicy options. This noodle is actually spicy and very delicious. There is no option to eat inside so it will be takeout only. If you live far away the noodles will get a little stiff but if you close the box and shake the noodles around it will help the sauce that settled mix around and it feels fresh again. DEFINITELY MIX YOUR NOODLES BY SHAKING THE BOX. If you try to stir them they may break.
