Left a water bottle there and when I called up not even 10 min later to make sure it is still there, they where very rude over the phone and then just hung up on me multiple times, i wouldn’t have had a issue if they said it’s not there sorry, but the fact that they keep hanging up makes me 99% sure that one of the staff members stole it. That is unacceptable to hang up on customers

If you're in Quincy Mass, stop in to the "5 Guys" burger restaurant on Hancock Street. The burgers and other sandwiches are fantastic!

Ordered two cheeseburgers for dine in, both Pattie’s were cold within minutes of eating. The beefy flavor was lacking, and fries were over cooked.

Yum! Love their food. Prices are a bit higher than normal fast food, but well worth it. Free refills on drinks, and free peanuts if you like eating that sort of thing. Be careful if you have a nut allergy though.

Ordered online a regular fry and a bacon cheese burger. When I got home I realized Half the fries were inedible as they were not cooked all the way through (pretty sure they gave me a little fry) and there was no bacon on my burger. Couldn’t even turn around to get what I ordered because they close. Very frustrating.

The gentleman that took my order was by far polished in customer service. He was super helpful, friendly and courteous. The management is also extremely driven by placing the customer first. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's delicious!!!!
