We went to KFC for lunch today and from the drive thru to eating our meal everything was outstanding.
We were met at the drive thru from a very pleasant woman that made me feel instantly welcome. We received our food from another woman who was equally friendly. The meal was great, best chicken sandwich I've had in quite sometime. Hope this helps. Thank you.

The last few times that I have been there and gotten my chicken bowl, I thought the chicken has tasted very old. I don't think I'm going to go back for a while. Very disappointed.

Love kfc. Sad that their buffet won't be coming back, but I didn't use it often, just liked the option. Their chicken nuggets are pretty good, they've got a nice family pack option, and I love their gravy.

Always check the app for what you are getting. They will NOT match the app pricing. I paid $28 for two items that, if I would have ordered through the app, it would have been $15. Also, due to a lack of workers, there is no inside dining. However, if you order through the app, you can skip the drive-through and pick your food up inside.

This place has the happiest service in town. The lady working the drive thru, will brighten your day. Guaranteed!! She is the sweetest 💗. I food is good too, but the cheer she adds to your day, priceless!

The 5 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuit was delicious. The employee at window was great. Then I saw an employee come outside the restaurant and offer a homeless man a meal. This guy was wrapped up in a blanket for warmth, walking by. The guy ended up with the chicken sandwich meal and had a look of appreciation on his face. To see this kind of love and care was amazing! KFC should be proud of their Quincy Illinois employees.

The service is great & the drive thru staff is friendly. The food is always hot & delicious. The Nashville hot are my new favorite! Something does taste a little different with the gravy though, but the biscuits are on point.

After seeing the commercials for the donut and chicken sandwich I had to try it.
The sand which was great for a few bites and then I just couldn’t eat anymore.
The rest of our meal was amazing.
