Pho Ever

So many nice things to say about our experience. From the friendly service to the atmosphere, we enjoyed it all. The inside is very spacious and nicely lit with live plants hanging for decor. We ordered a brisket pho and plain pho, egg rolls, and spring rolls and every thing tasted great. The portions and prices were also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Hands down the best Vermicelli Salad Bowl I've had in years! The portion of food could easily feed two and I love my veggies and their food really hit the spot. Not to mention their amazing spicy pork Banh Mi! Everything had so much flavor we had to buy 3 more to take home and share with our foodie kids. The staff is amazing and friendly! I will definitely be coming back here again!

I would eat here once a day if I lived anywhere nearby. It would be too easy to get me through the doors with food. I had the Bahn Mi with grilled pork. Everything was absolutely spot on and the bread was softer than most places. I also added the egg option but I'm pretty sure they gave me two eggs to fill the whole thing. I also had fries on the side. I have never once had French fries in my Bahn Mi and I will never go back to the way I lived before. Which is oddly enough the same way I have always felt about Vietnam. Eat here.

Found out about this place when standing in line at the Dept. of Licensing. After our visit we walked right in. They have a wide variety of food available just in case you don’t like Pho. Our kids don’t appreciate it as much as we do so we got them some chicken fried rice and teriyaki chicken. My wife and I ordered 2 large bowls of pho and a Vietnamese Beef Sandwich. Again we are from the east coast so we are use to our Pho a different way. Washington Pho is definitely higher quality Pho and we have been exposed to all new flavors of broths here. The broth here has a bit of a different taste but still beefy, warm and filling. This place easily ranks #2 on our list of Pho. Plus they so-far are the only place we have found that have the beef banh mi sandwich. Which by the way is superior than any other Banh Mi sandwich I’ve ever had. The pickled vegetables, buttered fluffy rice bread, perfectly grilled beef all with some cilantro. I think I’m going to get one right now as I type this. We always devour our food before i can remember to take pictures of it but I’ll get some next time! The place is always clean, sometimes packed but still clean. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Check this place out. It’s worth a stop.

Update: This place is fabulous. My new go to for pho. Only our first time did I wish it had been hotter, since it has been perfect! Along with the fried rice :)) Big improvement since the last time we came. New decor is bright and clean. The pho is more flavorful and the meat is fresher. The fried rice was perfect. And the servers were very attentive and quick. I only wish they would serve the pho hot hot. By the time I'm halfway through the broth is cold :/

I went to go get some Grilled Chicken since I am on a diet. They charged me like $5 for it so it wasn't bad. My brother enjoyed what he had ordered. The main waitress was very attentive. She has a good sense of humor. I don't remember what her name is but I believe the owners' initials are M&M. The place looks better inside than it does outside.
