There were hardly any employees in when i arrived at 9:40. However, the staff was helpful and resolved my concerns satisfactorily. I understand that the real traffic starts around 10-10:30, so be early if you want to avoid wait times (average service call time that i saw was 5-10 min)
A parking tip: if coming in a car, you can park below the empire estate flyover or in the big cinemas mall. there is no parking in the building where iPru has its office.
