The gym has beginner-friendly machines which I personally found very useful and safe to workout without any fear of injuries. Great place to workout with excellent personal training services. Highly recommended!

The trainers, especially the two ladies, are positioned by the management to behave rudely and threaten members. These individuals use slangs, especially these two ladies trainers, assisted by their manager Tejas, who attempts to act cool and understanding when the management is aware. At the time of admission, they may be sweet as candy, but later, after they have extracted a substantial amount from you, their true colors become evident.
