Wash room , toilet should be more clean , there was bad smell near wash basin. I found this is common problem in mostly all hotel and restaurants in Pune.

As u know KFC, no reviews required. But my review for the place. Sitting arrangement very very poor standards. The atmosphere also not up to the mark. So my rating 4 star is for this particular kfc only.

The dine-in experience was not satisfactory as there was no staff to clean the benches despite having an all-in-one bucket. I hope KFC maintains its standards in dine-in as well.

Average KFC outlet in Pune central mall. Staff was good and attentive. I have ordered chicken roll. Taste was average and not up to the mark.
Ambiance is average and you will have place to sit and dine. Tables are not clean by the staff which we didn’t liked it.This place is little unhygienic.
You will get plenty of parking place inside mall.

The food was good for first time. I tried boneless chicken bucket and zinger burger. I would definitely eat the burger for a quick food between a break as it fills the stomach quite good. Anyways, would give a 3/5 overall experience. Hope this helped u.

They have all the menu available at the location and they treat you well and serve you well as well. But they don't have a washroom at the location of the washroom that is not accessible and under service. The atmosphere at the outlet is okay it feels like you are eating at any food courts with a normal climate and no music as well.

Food was served fast. Healthy environment, It was Ind vs Pak day, Not a good start though, again yesterday we lost to New Zea 😓, I'm already missing mahi!
KFC or Mc'd should install a TV in the premises & install the TV in a tempered glass so that the frustration doesn't come out on the TV.

No quick staff...no quick dilivery.. you will get cold chiken meal...which is not eatable....test is not upto the mark...tax included in price .. ambiance is good..crowded place .

Great! I used to visit the KFC in Kumar Pacific before this and I realized what I have been missing all along! This place is way too amazing when compared to the latter. The service is great too! Also, try out the CHIZZA! It's amazing!

Very good quality of chicken available here and also different flavoured cold drinks,french fries,burgers and much more available here and also it is attached to the Pune central mall that's it is the good place for a quick bite. For people who likes fast food this is the very good place . This place has very good views and attracts trendy crowd. This place accepts payment through cash or by any online payment option . To reach this place we have to climb stairs so it is difficult for people who uses wheelchair .
