We were a bit sad to waste the food and would be happy if the server could just tell us to not order so much. <br/>YES ABOVE IS BAD FOR 2 but for group of 3-4 it’s LALA LAND. <br/>We will also be back for pumpkin pancake as it was unavailable at the time. <br/>But yes it’s a must visit for all the foodies.

Loved the ambience of the restaurant. It's a nice gesture to be greeted by the host who also leads you to your table. We went for the outdoor picnic cabana seating. Our server Jahnvi was amazing. So warm. She also helped us choose some really amazing dishes. The pizza was really really nice, but their banoffee pie has our hearts. Definitely going back for more. Overall, a really nice experience.

Visited this place too many times for, I personally feel, the softest and tastiest pizzas around. The warm and courteous staff and the lovely ambience both inside and outside also make this a great eating experience.<br/><br/>One of the specialities of The Poona Project, aside from the sports themed vibe it generates, is that the pizzas are available in two options - a thin crust pizza or a really soft fat crust pizza. The pizzas are unlike any which you might have had in Dominos or Pizza Hut. Their dough is as soft as can be while making a pizza.<br/><br/>Here is a list of things I would recommend:<br/><br/>Calabrese Pizza (comes in non veg and veg) - a rectangle shaped pizza with a thin crust, cut into 9 pieces. You can see it in one of the pictures I uploaded.<br/><br/>Giardiniaro Pizza (veg only) - a mushroom based pizza and a wonderful choice for those wanting to try something other than a paneer pizza.<br/><br/>I also tried their Affogato (coffee), which is a shot of espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream over it. Probably not for those who don't like strong coffee.<br/><br/>And I should also add the way they treat their indoor and outside ambiences. If you prefer sitting outside, your normal plates, spoons, forks, glasses etc... are all replaced with disposable plates and cups, wooden spoons and forks etc. They do this, as they say, to create the atmosphere of eating at a picnic.<br/><br/>5/5 Overall.<br/>5/5 Service.<br/>5/5 Pizzas.

The place is just too lovely and the ambience is really great. They have two options where one can choose to sit inside or they have another option where one can choose to sit outside with tent like setting made too have the feel of picnic. We choose to go with the tent setting and they served here the food in picnic basket. We had wada pav and misal pav here, an odd choice in such a place but we thought it might be different. Misal was not that great, wada pav was served with pizza base instead of pav and was good. The service is excellent and they really take good care of the customer. The only drawback was that the food was a bit expensive and serving quantity is a bit less.

All you cheese cake lovers out there, you cannot miss this place. The best cheese cake I have had so far was here. The ingredients, texture, taste and plating was just perfect. Chicken wings were finely cooked and had an amazing amalgamation of sweet and spicy flavour. It literally was finger licking goood. 😋 Polo forza chicken pizza wasn't bad but it could have been better. However, I liked the medium crust, neither too thick nor too thin. And yes the staff is courteous and friendly. So it deserves 4.5 stars but the cheese cake bagged that extra 0.5 star 🤓

Options from bar menu, have a good range of pizzas, the staff is really helpful, serve is quick we waited not more than 15 mins and we had our pizza's, they have a outdoor sitting also. I'm not sure if it's every day but we went on Friday night and they have live band and it was kind of fun. Good start of weekend. I'll recommend this place..

Definitely one of the places to try out if you are planning to take out some one for a date or to celebrate a special occasion.
Ambience was excellent and also provides outdoor dinning experience. They have separate picnic styled theme cutlery where all foods are served in disposable plates.
From the menu, we choose to have basket for two. We had chicken wings for starters which was excellent. We had a 14" forza pizza, fresh lime soda, Chocolate ice cream, and red mulled wine. Pizza was light and tasty. If you are fed up of all those heavy crust cheese burst pizza served at domino's and pizza hut which spoils the whole essence of pizza, then you will definitely like it here. Mulled wine was excellent and best thing we had from all the things we ordered.
Staff behaviour was excellent. Food was served by one of the staff named Harsha. She as well as Zeeshan was extremely polite and made extra effort to make us feel comfortable.
Price is bit on the higher side, but the ambience, food and the way they greet their customers definitely makes it a place to try out for.
Overall, I will definitely recommend this place if you are residing near this area and looking for a place to celebrate special occasion.

This was the first time I had tasted pizza from pizza express... and we loved it... I travel a lot and at times pizzas are the safest and best options of source of food...
Pizza express's pizza is the first pizza I have tasted in India that is as close to athletic Italian pizza as one can get in India...
Unlike other pizzas places across India where quantity of topoings is prioritise and quality of the base or the topping is forgotten.. I believe pizza express has tried it's best to improve quality of the base and the balance the topping quantity....
Do try it.. and they are running a promotion right now get a pizza (-+18")and a drink ( beer or cocktail) for just 250 bucks...
We had a wonderful time there, the staff gave us some extra attention since we were dining out with our 8 months old child... (One of the perks of new born babies) and they took some extra effort to explain us the new pizzas express concept with the Poona project.. ( well that's where I am finding them doing the gamble naming the place Pooja project.. and not pizzas express despite having present all across India )

This is a lovely little eatery and café to stop on a busy shopping trip at Phoenix Mall. Although I knew they had tempting things to eat, certainly at a neighboring table, all I wanted the day I came was a ginger ale so I could do some work at my table and wait for friends to emerge from a movie.
I was thrilled to see several points to plug in -- a challenge at many cafés. It was also delightfully open on the mall, very pleasant to watch passers-by come and go from time to time.
Service was outstanding, and I know I'll be back again.

No value for Money. A big rip off. The non veg calebrese had so much of rocket that you could literally count the other toppings half of which were missing. The price i paid for a milkshake i would've had got double the quantity and better quality. You can buy the same thing in a tetrapack off the shelf. For the price i paid I wouldve have rather gone to Smokin Joes and got my money's worth. All name and gas....no value for money...if this is the type of food I ate here i perish the thought of the other outlets.

The ambience of this place is amazing. You can choose to sit indoors in the wooden decor, or outside, if the weather permits. I would score it 10/10 on service too, as everyone is very forthcoming and knows a good deal about the dishes. <br/><br/>On the food front, I liked the pasta (Spaghetti Aglio Olio), which was very unconventional but tasty. The pizza, however, was a miss. While they serve the thin crust variety, I think the flavours were missing. The veg lasgane was above average, but I am very demanding when it comes to lasagne, so overall unimpressive. It might be a good idea to discuss the dish before ordering, as a large part of the menu has some distinct touch.<br/><br/>I think Zomato Gold is no longer applicable here, so I would rate it on the expensive side, especially considering the portion size. One dish would be just about enough for one person, and might leave you asking for more (with both positive and negative connotations).

Went here on a Saturday evening, ordered a KF beer pitcher and the giardiniera pizza. The beer was pretty cheap, 365a pitcher to be precise. The pizaa too was amazing, I particularly liked the crust, very rich taste.<br/>We took a table in the outdoor area, there was live music too which was quite good to hear, they also have this picnic basket thing going where in they get the cutlery and plates in a picnic basket, pretty cute. Excellent place to chill. I was looking for a good Italian restaurant and my search ends here. I loved the ambience be it inside or outside seating area. The staff Mr. Vishal M was very courteous and helpful while serving as well as suggesting the menu. They also got me proper cutlery even I was sitting at the outside picnic area (where only disposable items are allowed). Wine was amazing and Staff was very interactive and responsive. We visited this place to celebrate my wife's birthday and this place didn't disappoint us at all. The ambiance was really amazing. We chose outdoor seating which has vertical garden on one side and an open area on the other which generally host live events. Coming to food, we picked a pizza which reminded us of the same taste we had during our Barcelona visit few months back. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. Keep up the good taste.<br/>

Everything was amazing the food, the courteous service as well as the ambience.. The manager Amit was very good at communicating with the guests and a very humble man. Would love to visit again and anyone thinking of amazing spaghetti and pizza it's a must visit place for you. Definitely worth it @phoenixmctpune .

Right from the food to their service, everything was spot on. I loved their outdoor seating area! The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We ordered one pesto and one bufala thin crust pizza and boy was it amazing! We also had their much talked about banoffee and it was just heavenly. It was the best banoffee by far. Would surely come again to try more from their menu.

The food is tasty, but nothing exceptional about it. The place has an option of outdoor seating as well, but due to rains we considered dining indoors. It is a cozy place, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. The service is a ten on ten. The staff is super friendly. The staff serving us, Harsha, was a delight. Superb pizzas. The softest and best pizza bread, and super awesome base. Try the aubergine pizza, it's a good change from the normal. Have gone there thrive in 3 days now

The best Pizza I've had, period. The Garlic oil and Chilli oil provided with the Pizza just complements it very well and takes the tatste to another level. The Pasta we had was also amazing. The staff is very courteous as well, and serce you very well. All in all, it is a great place to eat. Kudos to all the staff.

Been only once so far, I really liked the pizza<br/>The pesto pasta was ordered, wasn't too fond of that, the onions are a put off.<br/>The pizza was flavorful and the thin crust was done beautifully.<br/>The mimosas were prepared with a good balance.

Sophisticated is a good adjective to define ones experience here. The restaurant serves Italian food but the chef will recommend you to try their Pizza options. I tried the one with Veggies and Cream, and another one with Pesto Sauce. They were tasty but not enough for someone to repeat and come back to this restaurant again. The service is good and ambience is cozy. I expected much more from this place, though I came out Happy but i expected it to be wow!!

It's a small place but overall we had a good experience. Ordered their special pizza, forgot name and chicken tandoor pasta. Pizza is great but pasta was a little spicy and not fully cooked.

The pizza express of pune... but kind of amiss, the tastes arent as brilliant as what you get pizza express in Mumbai... the service although is impeccable, its the food that i have my concerns with. The pizza was a miss in flavour and just tasted of nothing but overloaded cheese. The pesto was barely there on the pizza and the veggies weren’t as chargrilled as one would expect. <br/>The pasta although was good... and we managed to find it a little different which is what i expected with pizza express.

Love the pizzas here, especially the margarita bufalo and the hot American pepperoni, the starters are good too, try the dough balls with the mushroom sauce, also great potato wedges and house salad, not to mention the great service by the warm and always smiling staff members like Harsha

We ordered Spicy American pepperoni pizza and chicken lasagne. Both were very good. The pizza was exceptional good and thin crust. We were served by Harsha , who was pretty courteous and handled the whole dining experience very well.

Dayumn.absolutely loved the place. Pizza was delicious and authentic and the ambience was beautiful. Had the American Dream and chicken pizza here and loved both of them. One of the most authentic pizzas I have ever had. Pizza verdure was really great. Pesto pasta was average, can pass. Had 2 other pizzas, forgot the names but I would suggest to go with Romana instead of classic. This place is a must try if u are in Phoenix. Plus it has zomato gold, what more do u want.
