Taco Bell

I'm probably never going back to this taco bell for a good while unless I'm desperate. Literally almost my entire order was wrong. I paid for extras on some of my food items and for extra sauces and none of it was included which almost added up to $5 worth of product. So many times now I've received no hot sauces even when requested. I've received wrong items but it was never worth going back and having fixed because there's almost no one available inside, and it takes forever for them to make food. You'd think eith how long they'd take the food would be correct. Don't waste your time at this location.

I love taco bell so this pains me to write. This is quite possibly the weird taco bell in the state. They close at random times (never open until 2 am) and the food is never correct or good. They were missing ingredients (not their fault) but they did not inform me they were missing almost all of the ingredients to their crunchy tacos when I ordered them. I received 4 tacos which only had meat in them. Don’t bother with this location unless you want to be disappointed.

Bryce was pleasant. I'm not sure the name of the woman who was working this evening, but she was very aggressive/hostile when I informed them the freezes didn't ring up as the price on the menu board. She tried to tell me it was due to the tax, but the tacos I ordered matched the menu board so she was lying. At the window she got me out of there as fast as possible and spoke over me when another person (I'm assuming a manager) tried to ask me what the problem was. The food was fine, and fresh. Only giving 3 stars because of how I was treated.

This Taco Bell Located in Pullman Washington is a very Popular fast food restaurant, especially for the college students of WSU. Really great employees here and I've noticed no matter how rushed they are, they always where a smile and are eager to help. Sometimes rhwes a long drive through line but the quality of food here is worth it! #5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not waste your time going inside ever if you want your food in a timely manner. I arrived at 6pm, my order was put in by 6:05pm and it's 6:47 now and my order is still not up. At least 25 cars have gone thru the drive thru and gotten their food though. Update: After all that time I had them refund my money. Then they realized that they had put out my food in bags, even though I had ordered boxes and no one knew enough to tell the counter girl they had done it. So the food was sitting there at the counter for at least 40 minutes and no one realized it was my order until I asked for a refund. They were giving everyone else their box orders in boxes though, so they weren't out. It all just makes no sense to me.

It's a Taco Bell! It's famous for all of the reasons you already know. This location has consistently had really nice servers, so I have no complaint about that. I will say that over half the time my order is wrong.... But typically it's not a big deal and they always throw in free cinnamon twists or something when I come back around and point out that something is missing or incorrect. I know there's a lot of turnover in this economy and life is just been crazy so I have bigger things to worry about. In other words, the food's always good, the folks are always nice, just double check your order before you drive away 😉

I've been to this Taco Bell location numerous times. Always good fast food. This last time was absolutely disgusting. The entire meal( crispy taco, chalupa and new steak burrito) were dripping with grease. I couldn't eat it. Wouldn't give it to my dogs or the raccoons...it was that disgusting. The service was great!! They were extremely busy and the crew stayed professional and proficient. Sadly, no one was obviously overseeing the standard of food. Kitchen manager needs to address this.
