I ordered. Email said it would be here by 5:45pm. At 5:41 I got a text that said delivered. No pizza. I called and no one knew where my order was. So we had to wait until 6:32 for pizza. Kids were starving and I already had paid and tipped online. Super frustrating. Plus the pizza wasn't what was ordered and was cold.

Poor Pizza Hut experience. Our order got delivered to the wrong building on the evening of 3/15, and a neighbor from 7 buildings over had to call us to say she had our order. Thats a huge breach of privacy right there; now we had her phone # & vice versa, and we know where she lives and vice versa. She did more to get us our pizza than Pizza hut did. Not to mention the poor quality of the food. We even filed a complaint but haven't heard back, so here we are. 40$ for a long walk to get our pizza and a stomach ache, very disappointing

Since this place has out sourced orders over the phone the service has been horrible. Why can we not call into the local building and make and order who can understand the order and I can understand them? I have had numerus orders made wrong because they can't understand me and I can't understand them.

First time ordering from Pizza hut here in Pullman. Ordered delivery and we do live in an apartment. Expected the delivery to be about 30 minutes, however it took an hour for my husband and I to see what happened. They said it was because we did not give them a building number and I was told the driver called us for it, but neither of us got a call. Furthermore, the woman I talked to on the phone had a poor attitude. I simply asked if we could get a refund for the late delivery with no communication and all she said was that they could only give a discount. I responded with okay that's fine. I ended with saying thank you so much and the woman angrily hung up the phone. I'm not even sure if they gave the discount as we were not given a receipt. Probably won't be ordering from here again. Also the food was stale.

Work a fast paced job in HVAC and sometimes we are out a ways from a town. It was nice to order online for 30 minutes ahead and have it ready when we got there to pick it up.

Review for a recent delivery order 2/5/2022, took 50 min for $35 pizza and chickens order. Both were cold, and the driver didn't follow instructions. The experience is so inconsistent. Weigh your other food options before placing the order.

So disappointing. Delivery time was okay I guess, kinda long but not that big of a deal. It was the pizza itself, undercooked and just… terrible. Very disappointed with how much we paid for everything and everyone barely ate. Not worth it, get your pizza from somewhere else.

I have always loved Pullman Pizza Hut and have ordered take out often, even during the epidemic. We walked in about 10:30pm on a Sunday night. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. We ordered several large pizzas, couple orders of boneless wings, and several 2 liters of drinks. The girl acted upset that she was having to actually help us and do some work. One person in the group asked for water and she said they didn't have any. We ended up getting water from the sink, which is what she should have offered to do!! I was disappointed & embarrassed because this group was my family who had came for my son's wedding the day before from Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico!! It was a poor example of the businesses in our area!
It will be a while before I purchase anything from this Pizza Hut!! Hopefully they will be glad to have my business again!!
