They are accompanied by fresh avocado slices and tomatoes, and sauteed fresh mushrooms (not canned), broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, tomato, and beans. I recommend you try this dish even if you are not vegan, it's that good! The owner is also friendly and really puts a lot of thought into the dishes.
