We pulled up bout 1 AM copped 2 boxes they piled in the food. Extremely fast and random free stuff. Welcome to the Bell.

Staff is always kind but so slow. Today I ordered online for pickup through the drive through but they had a sign out saying mobile orders have to come in. Made it not as convenient & was disappointing.

I remember the good ol' days when Mr. Chihuahua taco used to tell us "yo quiero Taco Bell" all over the tv and this food was delicious. Now it's the new ol' days where the food is still delicious. I miss that little Chihuahua guy sometimes though.

Jude is really great. he takes pride in his work and makes sure that the food is presentable and appealing. He is really customer service minded and does what he can to help them. he always greets them with a smile and is very polite. I go there a few times a week because I work in east bay, he even remembers my name and my order. it's always a highlight to get food even when they are busy.

This location wasn't busy at all. I usually go to other closer locations. Food was exact to order. The speed of service was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience. It was just dead inside.

Not going to lie I eat here alot. At least weekly. They have never messed up an order, it's always clean, food comes out in a timely manner and the manager seems to care alot about her staff and customers. It's nice to see pride taken in fast food.

Open for dine in. Clean surfaces and quick service. I really like the ordering kiosk especially when you have indecisive grandkids. I came to this location because of the open dine in even though there were closer locations to home. Subtracted one star because they don't fill up the crunchy tacos like my usual spot.
