Dunkin'

I get Vanilla Chias on the reg. This is the second time I got it from this dunkin and it was half full lol. I know there is foam at the top but maybe an inch at the top of that so there’s no excuse for this. Plus my donuts were all squished and one of them even looked cut! I’m bringing these donuts to work, my co-workers were dying when they saw them! It’s embarrassing! Last time I come here. Not to mention the girl who handed them to me at the window was the most miserable looking person I’ve seen to date at a dunkin drive thru. People have there days I get it but you gta atleast try and smile lol. I said have a good day to her and she looked at me like I just threw one of those half frosted squished donuts at her face. Never again am I coming here man. Not gna try fora 3rd chance and get screwed out of 7$

The staff there can have attitudes at times. They refused to put cold foam on my iced caramel latte, and then the manager told me after handing my drink, that they actually can do it moving forward. I wouldn't recommend going there if you like to customize your drink. Also,there are other locations with friendlier staff!

Friendly employees and order was prepared In a timely fashion. Womens bathroom was clean and wipes were provided for eat In tables. The only thing that threw me off that there was a refrigerator with juices that expired in 2020- the liquids have separated and were discolored- kinda gross and a waste of electricity.

On Oct 28th at 630am i order a hot caramel cappuccino through drive through. It tasted horrible so I ask the person who took my order to please put sugar on my coffee and extra caramel. Their response was " its fine we put caramel already" with attitude. I was late, so I decided to just leave it alone. I went back again today 11/4 at 6:30am to get the same order and again they treated me with attitude and disrespect! I spoke to the manager this time, but all she said was "sorry for that" but didn't even addressed her employee which was still talking under her breath! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever!
