Subway

Very upset. Their website said my order didn't go through, said to re-do the order, never got a confirmation. So I redid the order, got the confirmation, went and picked up my 2 tiny 6 inch sandwiches, the only ones on the rack. If I had seen 2 orders with my name I would have addressed the situation right then and there, but nope, only 1 order was there. Later I see in my email TWO paypal charges almost identical (the 2nd time I must have done something different because there was a TEN CENT difference.) File a claim with paypal and they "say" they contacted subway and denied my claim? Trust me, 2 tiny 6 inch subs are NOT WORTH $30. Never again using their website ordering! Has this type of thing happened to anyone else?

A couple employees are wonderful but the owners are terrible. Rude and cheap. If you use a coupon they won't even say goodbye to you. It is my understanding they are only in store Mon Tues Fri. If you must patronize this subway (and I've gone from a regular to once a week maybe) go on days when they are not there. Your experience will be much better.

Honestly, why do I go here anymore, employees and owner are consistently rude, and consistently do not participate in subway promotions. claim they can accept epayments, but can’t. get upset whenever you have any special request. are deceptive in the way they organize their deals. honestly the worst customer service in the area, I don’t know how they maintain being a part of subway. They don’t even participate in sub of the day anymore which was the only thing that ever made them worth it.

This was the first time I went to this Subway location. The reason I even had to go to this location was because I was on the way home and if I had went to the Subway closer to my house, it would’ve been closed by the time that I got there. So I decided to go to the Subway right off of Thayer Street. I walked into this subway at 8:58PM and someone rudely stopped me at the door. She stated that they were closed, then proceeded to lock the door. Before I even went to this establishment I had looked up the time that the store closes at, 9:30PM. Thanks for nothing! Won’t ever try coming here again. Afterwards I drove to the Subway in Kennedy Plaza and they were polite and had great customer service. Don’t even bother trying to go to the subway on Waterman Street if it’s after 9PM because they won’t serve you. #thissubwayistrash
