Great atmosphere, staff super friendly and enthusiastic. Told them we were dining to celebrate for me going to University, and they gave me a doghnut with a congratulations written out without being asked, was very surprising and made us all happy! Food was brilliant, im not really a big meat-eater but there is plenty of options. Wait time was perfect. enough to have a conversation with those at the table, but not too long as to where you had to wait ages for food. Staff absolutely brilliant, super friendly, genuinely wanted feedback on the food. They also donate to charity! We we're seated near the kitchen so it was enjoyable to see how it all worked too :) Been there a few times now, and its always a brilliant experience, well worth it.

Excellent authentic American food. This was my first time at Hickory's Hutton, and i wasnt disappointed. I had Cajun spiced Onion Rings for starter, which were amazing! Big portion for a starter. My Fiance had Frinkles, and said they were amazing. For mains, we both had the Bird and the Beast burger. I must say, the fried chicken on this burger was some of the best i've had.

Our second visit to this relatively new eatery and we, once again, enjoyed everything we had. Excellent food, good service and a pleasant environment. We visited with our ten year old grandson, it's one of his favourite places to eat and he's a fussy eater. We'll definitely be returning.

What can I say....nothing bad at all, just too good to believe. The service is very good, staff are so cheerful and cannot do enough for you and to top all that the food is just brilliant. I had a triple Hickory's traditional burger, skinny fries and onion rings, I needed rolling out to the car park. Give them a go, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Nice place to visit for the first time and I did enjoy my experience, the staff were helpful and friendly and the place was very busy. They do lots of nice touches like signs on the table of it's a special occasion and they have a movie theatre for the kids to watch if they get bored of sitting at the table. The brisket was great and the go big or go home burger was also good. Would recommend a visit.

All round a good experience. Booked a table at 20:00 but had to wait 10 minutes for the pre-booked table. Food was nice and tender with alot of flavour. It isn't my first visit and unfortunately prices have increased. Staff was friendly and attentive. Brisket seemed alittle dry but apart from that no complaints about the food. Was busy when we arrived, had a main and one round of drinks and was out after 70 minutes. Also had live music on aswell.

The service and atmosphere was very good but we were left a little disappointed with the food. It was all a bit "samey." The starters were tasty and different. The main wasn't that inspiring. We spent over £160 for the four of us, which when you consider that we only had a couple of drinks each, and we came with a seven year old seems very, very expensive. Not in a rush to return but we would give it another go at some point.

Great place, first time visit. Busier than expected but staff were friendly and helpful and service was pretty quick even though they were busy. Drinks were quick to arrive and we're good, especially the cocktails. Food was tasty and there was plenty of it. We had the sharing platter, although it was £52 just for that it was good, probably would have been enough for three people. Will go back with family or more people. They also have a cinema room where kids can go and watch a movie if they want. Tables outside too with heaters, blankets and hot water bottles provided which were nicely laid out and presented on the tables, very thoughtful, nice touch.
