The 2 people working tonight were awesome! I came in to order sandwiches for my family by myself.They worked as a team so well to just get me in and out quickly! The customer service was amazing. I didn’t have cash to tip them tonight but they definitely deserve it. Subway should allow tips on the credit card. Thank you both for smiling at your job and just providing great customer service!! You both deserve a raise.

An employee coughed in her hand so we asked her to wash her hands but she said she used hand sanitizer so she was fine. Like really? Plus no masks required on any employees who work here. If you want COVID go here.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Manager, Harvey, very rude, disrespectful, extremely unprofessional. Called to let the employees know that our order was incorect from my 'Uber Eats' delivery, and staff just wanted to argue, rather than try to resolve the issue. Subway in Prescott, will never receive my business.
