Something definitely changed here as we used to come frequently. Biscuits were like bricks, Mac n cheese gummy and no flavor the chicken breasts were so dry we just threw it all out. Lemonade was good!! I would ask for a refund but didn't want the hassle to go back. Yuk

Ordered this chicken through Uber eats. Not only did they forget a side and my biscuits. This is what the chicken looked like. Disgusting..

Ordered through the drive-through at 6:00pm. Here is what we got. Chicken strips that were chewy and seemed old (under the heated lamp a long time). Fries were soggy/greasy. Mashed potatoes had CHICKEN in it! ? Bisquits were hard. DONE with FF!

Ordered 8 piece tender and 8 piece combo meal with 2 sides. Did not get biscuits. Had to pull back through and they proceeded to tell me yes they are out of biscuits. Strange way of handling that. Had to re-cook the chicken in the air fryer due to soggy skin was falling off and maximum grease. Threw out the majority of the chicken...was a terrible meal. Wouldn't give it to my dogs. Great job Powhatan. Will never go back. Should shut this place down.

We order Taco Bell and KFC. They put the mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag. Once I opened it up it had no more toppings left on it. Very slow service.

They always leave part of my meal out. Check your order before you pull off. Or you will have to wait in the long line again since dining area is closed.
