Although the staff were pleasant and friendly I was a little disappointed with my meal, which was the Beef with mushrooms. The sauce was a little thin and runny and my eye fillet, although cooked how I like it, was a little chewy. My husbands pizza went to the wrong table so we had to wait for another one. When it came to paying for the meal, there was 3 different prices. The outside board showed $35, the menu showed $38 then they changed it at the counter to $41 and said it was an extra $3 for the eye fillet, which wasn't on the menu I had been given. No discount was given. Unfortunately I can't give them a rav as it was a bit ordinary and the prices on the menu should be fixed.

Literally waited over an hour for our food for them to come out and say " sorry were making it now" around 1.5hour wait once paid i said i wasn't happy with the wait time and a server said " sorry we where busy" when there was only around 2 other people. Would have preferred if they said sorry we forgot. Also should have gotten a discount for the wait time but they didn't even ask or offer or anything. Pretty rude wont be returning. Also got the all meat with anchovies and didn't get not 1.

After reading other *sooky* reviews. We waited 43 mins for the food after being told 1 hour so... they were upfront about that and then a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver! Food arrived 17 minutes early and was flipping delicious! Veal Marsala just get it into your mouth ASAP. Service was also great if this place was in Syd we would be regular. If scared about what other have written here order a garlic bread to get you through. Awesome place!!!!

Service was great. Everyone was super friendly. Food was not Italian cuisine. It was sadly below par. Pasta was not home made. Carbonara was oily, and not creamy. The marinara lacked flavour. To top it off, I paid with credit card because of not using cash during covid. They charged me 50 cents surcharge on a $108 bill. Disappointed. ☹️
