I have been an avid coffee lover from Melbourne for years now and found Short Streets cafe to have the best coffee I've ever had and would recommend to anyone. Perfect strength, not bitter or burnt at all. The coffee I ordered was made quickly and hot.. utterly fantastic.

Eggs and Avocado on toast were great, and it is rare to find somewhere that actually serves tea leaves in a pot of tea, most cafes just drop a tea bag in the pot.
I ended up going back there 3 mornings in a row for breakfast.

Awesome food and service, exceptional coffee! We came to Carlos and Co for a light brunch and had the bacon and egg roll, fruit toast, a soy latte and an iced latte. Food and coffees came out quickly and were delicious.
Service was friendly, responsive and had a good conversation with the lovely owner.
