Arby's

This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I've been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I've ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son's entire meal. We e weren't charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can't seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time.

The meat from my sandwich was loose in the bottom of the bag, it then broke through and spilled on me as I was walking back into my office. Pictures of my lunch on the ground included. I'm surprised McDonald's has yet to file a trademark infringement lawsuit on these guys based on their insistence on only hiring clowns. Won't catch me giving them money ever again.

Probably the worst experience ever trying to get ahold of a restaurant! Tried to call them to explain I had a door dash order and I would like some extra Arby's and horsey sauce besides the usual one packet (I ordered a half pound roast beef and I like alot of sauce) and the first time it rang for about 5 minutes before hanging up on me and then when I called back it was busy like they took the phone off the hook (because the customers that make it possible for you to have a job aren't important enough to take a 2 minute phone call?) Then I called back again and it rang and rang again for about 6 minutes. Luckily my dasher said she would ask for extra sauce because the employees should sure care less. I get the job isn't fun or easy but at the end of the day the customers come first.
