Gregg's vary greatly from shop to shop.
Parkstone and Poole shops. Brilliant and friendly staff. Bournemouth Commercial rd dreadful.

This place seams to always struggle when there is a lot of people which makes them slack a little on the coffee side and I always feel I am not 100% sure I will get what I ordered as I have to repeat order few times.
Probably needs more staff and one dedicated person to deal with deliveroo/just eat orders as I think that makes everything hectic.

Always enjoy the breakfast roll meal. They are very helpful and always enjoy. I just wish they would do the mint mocha all year round.

Went in for breakfast while staying in Poole. It was busy but we were served fairly quickly and my bacon roll and hot chocolate were delicious. My husband had a steak bake which was warm and tasty

Nice rolls and great sausage rolls even vegan ones for my partner. Always enjoy a treat from this group of shops. Pleasant staff work in all of the shops

Fantastic aromas! I like the angle that they say their sandwiches are made fresh daily. I don't know if that extends to their pasties and other savoury foods, they don't specify. it would be nice if it did as I find their pasties particularly tasty. Not sure on their position regarding palm oil either though I believe they don't use hydrogenated vegetable oil?

I love the cakes and the sandwiches, some of the pastries and the service is great every time. Its suitable for all family. Not to mention the coffee, I am addicted to Greggs!!! Highly recommended!
