The staff here are really helpful and kind. As a disabled customer, it's nice to have staff who will help you without making you feel like an inconvenience. The oat vanilla milkshakes are also worth a visit.

We went at 4.15. The waitress was cleaning the machines but didn't acknowledge us until she was finished. It does take a long time to make the drinks. There were only 5 or 6 people in there. The toilet was very messy, paper all over the floor etc.

Stopping for a hot chocolate in this landmark building on Poole High Street is a pleasure thanks to friendly staff who always make time for their customers and keep the lounge tidy and clean. Their hospitality makes it one of the finest Nero's and a favourite place to spend an hour.

Loved the coffee and the people there! As my own son works in a similar job i totally understand the pressure the barista may feel as it was extremely busy. But they still stayed very friendly and have been extremely helpful with any requests of mine! So hard to find a nice team that enjoys the job and offer such a great costumer experience despite hard requests and challenging costumers. Will be back soon!

My favorite coffee shop has been refurbished to a very classy standard. The best coffee in uk and tasty cakes and food. The staff are always smiling and helpful and are true Baristas. AMAZING EXPERIENCE everytime

Lovely place friendly staff, divine cakes my only downside was that the milkshakes aren't great however my Mum & Nan said their drinks were nice
