Pizza Hut

This was the worst experience I’ve had ever at a Pizza Hut!!! I was at a local high school. I am a bus driver from another school. There was a basketball game I was bringing the visiting team so I thought I’d order some Pizza Hut yum! Yum is not the word to describe my experience! They told me it would be a half hour to 45 minutes. Awesome. Well no the food didn’t come until 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Fine no problem I understand deliveries can get backed up. Anyways, the delivery guy came he didn’t apologize for being late he just said here is your food, okay maybe he’s having a bad day. He didn’t even bring me all of my order. I told him it wasn’t all here and he said word for word. “No you are wrong” whatever I was crunched on time I was hungry and don’t want to argue. I signed my receipt and nicely asked him if he had silverware because I had requested it. He said no it’s not on slip. He started telling me to just take so he could leave. He also said he didn’t know why I asked for food in the first place. I just said sir please leave me alone. As he walked away he was cursing and calling me an idiot and other names. I called the restaurant manager which she was very nice and did apologize for him. But that was it she didn’t say much else. I will never come here or any Pizza Hut again! Please get some nice people to work there especially delivery the food!!!

Although everything is shut down due to covid and buffet is a no go took my 7 year old for her first dine in at Pizza hut nonetheless and had a great experience the staff were super friendly and very willing to assist with the smallest of things. The store was very clean and social distancing measures were well above standards. Thanks pizza hut for the great experience we shall drive again from athens.
