Taco Bell

I love taco bell but I will NOT eat at this location in Plattsburgh ever again. They didn't have any hand soap in the bathroom. Their fountain soda was watered down and nasty. I waited forever to get my food and when I finally got my food it was cold and not warm whatsoever. They were out of lids for the large cups. They were just about out of napkins with there not being very much left.

We order through the app and picked up at the drive through. This may be of but I held back a star because we drive from Vermont to Plattsburgh to try the wild strawberry and blue raspberry tropical drinks only to have the machine be down. It was disappointing. When we asked about it we couldn't get a clear answer as to why. However, the food we ordered was good and they subbed other drinks for the ones ordered. Overall it was good, just a disappointment after a long drive.

Told the lady taking my order multiple times to add a drink refused too.. went to the window took my food and left... I've gotten a serious amount of orders made wrong here with stuff on it I've asked for to be removed and while I was at the window they were yelling about bugs being in the food and food service area. I'll be letting everyone close to me know to avoid the place and people working here, they obviously are not equipped with the ability to work here nor do they want too I've worked food service for 4+ years and never treated people the way I was treated today.
