Best glizzies north of lake George. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Would recommend to 10/10 friends. Get the Michigan fully loaded with the works, chefs choice. Come hungry, leave happy.

When you're in the North Country, you absolutely have to stop at Clare and Carl's! The Michigan is a regional food to the area and you won't find a Michigan anywhere else outside of the area. The meat sauce is incredible, fries tasty, and the service is top notch! I can't wait to go back.

They have a really good selection at affordable prices but they don't seem to answer the phone at all. Not good for people trying to place an order.

We eat Clare and Carl's a lot however tonight was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The food was a tasteless and the order was mixed up the topping for one was on the other. Just BAD. However I won't let one bad experience stop me from going.

Our visit today was disappointing. We waited approximately 5 minutes and I finally went inside to place my order. The two waitresses were in and out and passed by us several times. To be fair it was moderately busy but as we waited for our order we noticed that when other cars drove in they were attended to almost immediately. Incidentally we were parked directly in front of the main door with our lights on. Hope this is a one off as we enjoy the michigans.
