I ordered shrimp fried rice and asked them to make it spicy. They didn't make it spicy and they didn't put any spicy sauce in the bag. The fried rice was extremely oily and doesn't need to be. I am extremely disappointed and not happy that they are still in business. I've had shrimp fried rice from a buffet that was better. All in all they need to be closed down and The restaurant is supposed to open is at 5 pm on tuesdays but they did not let the internet know of this change. Waited for 30 minutes just for it to open, when it was supposed to open at 5 I waited another 10 minutes and after that I just left. Terrible customer service.

This place used to be better but they changed owners a couple years ago. Beef noodle soup used to be pretty good but now is only ok. Last time we went some of the vegetables weren't fully cooked (crunchy broccoli and also peas/carrots still hard). Overall flavor is ok. The only think I would give 5 stars for is the scallion pancake, a bit different style from the normal ones you get, it's meant to be pulled apart by hand, not cut into pieces. The thing that really got me last time I went was the bathroom. You don't really expect much from the bathroom in a Chinese restaurant, but this time the soap dispenser was empty., so it's a bit ironic (and scary) to see the sign that says "employees must wash hands before returning to work". Might be just a fluke but I don't think I'll try it again for a while.

Food was tasty but their service was terrible. Asked for ice-tea and was given water. Took about 35min before we can place any order. Took another 40min for our food. When we finally got our food, one was wrong. Saw a few people got up and left because they got fed up with the waiting. I understand that it's a busy Sunday afternoon but the service is unacceptable! Price: 8/10 Food quality: 8/10 Service: 4/10 Overall: 5/10
