The little coffee shop at the entrance on the 1st floor has less than impressive staff. The lady who works there has on every occasions been very curt and display smirks as I ask for my order a particular way. Such an unfortunate service for a nice name brand.

Small, simple annex on the first floor of the store. The staff was beyond friendly. Food (pastries, wraps, sandwiches and salads) is made by the same chefs who man the Neiman Marcus restaurants around Dallas, so you get high-quality ingredients.

They have vegetarian options and I love their selection of teas. Always great service & super fresh!
