Ordered online using the subway app.
4 sandwiches and 4 cookies in my order, a footlong sandwich was missing upon delivery, wrong set of cookies and 3 out of 4 came in pieces.
Tried to contact the restaurant, 8 times the call went unanswered and they don’t have a voicemail set up to take messages!! Finally got a ahold of someone, she took a while to understand the matter and looked up my order…..after a little hold time she just literally said ‘I don’t know’ and that’s it!!!

Slow service. If you order online they will skip your order and get everyone who is at the restaurant or comes into the restaurant. I ordered online because I was on my way to work and I was late because of them. Food was cold.

Update your hours of operation... It's 2104 now and you say open til 2130 just to have your employee say nope. Bad service. No thank you.

Service was bad. They put way too little on my sandwich, and they even listed my sandwich incorrectly to make me pay more. The food didn't even taste fresh. I can not recommend this place, only if you really have to. Because the only good thing about this store is the location. To be clear, I like subways, just this one in particular was a horrible experience.
Stay clear of this store.
Once again I can not recommend this store.

I stopped by around 12:15 on Nov 4 to buy 25 subs for my team in the field. The two employees were so quick to jump on such a surprise large order and didn’t hesitate. They were able to meet my needs while still helping other customers who walked in so they didn’t have to wait. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful service!

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order and called 30 seconds after placing the order to make extra sure on what I needed. Online ordering has the option of double meat but DOES NOT have the option of choosing another meat. So I called to let them know what meats I wanted. Both people talking to me were really RUDE and just up and said “ok cancel the order then.” They claim the sandwich was already made even though I had JUST placed the order and called seconds after i had placed it. (Also, had to call 3 times since they didn’t want to pick up.)

Absolutely fresh foods and brightly lit area for ordering. It was very busy and line to door. Appears the three member staff were going as fast as practical. Assembly and selection interaction on sandwiches would be smoother if there was another person to handle the register. She had to do sandwich wrapping and then other food items while trying to get customers charged and payment made. The three worked quickly and orderly as best they could. For the busiest times, a fourth staff member would make a big difference.
