Ordered here through Grubhub. 2nd time out of two they got my order wrong. First time they forgot the dessert I ordered, this time they didn’t make my sandwich right and left off a topping I paid extra for. When making orders that customers can’t verify, pay attention and get it done right.

Sign and online say 9pm, came at 837 and they are closed!! Door locked. Lazy owner and workers! Three people showed up and had to leave in this time frame. Someone ordered online and they had to cancel their order! They said they close at 8, that’s obviously not true or nobody would even be there. They are lazy !!! Annoying.

Only reason I stop by here is the convenience of being close to Kroger. Otherwise you be crazy to buy sandwiches here. Very stingy on everything (not just meat). Plus the employees are just doing what they want to do. I just asked one to put more sauce and he wasn’t even looking at me or listening to me; the other lady there said we are only looking at the subs on this side! Aren’t you supposed to have eye contact with customers once in a while? Maybe I am asking for too much!

These people closed an HOUR early. The worker inside said they were closed at 7:57 when the website and the door say they close at 9.

Tasted okay. The guy acted like he didn’t understand anything I was saying. A simple question like can you swap out chips for side salad shouldn’t have to be repeated three different ways for an employee that should know their own menu
The meatballs were still cold and the last two bites of my footlong didn’t have meatballs on it at all
