I got there to pick up my mobile order. When it was ready the guy set it in the wrong area ( they have three tiers labeled with the alphabet depending on your name I assume) he didn't even bother to ask my name or anything since I was there waiting for a good 8min. So it just sat there as i waited some more time. No good customer service. Will not be returning to this subway.

I often get sandwiches from this Subway. I see some comments about rude behavior from the staff. I think that people often misunderstand the person because of his accent and serious sounding voice. A friendly chat often clears that confusion.

Impossible to communicate with the staff. The concept of subway is that you tell them what to put on your sandwich.. somethings off every visit, won’t be back.

I agree with everyone else that the gentleman who works here is SO RUDE. It honestly deters me from even coming to this location. He has been working here for a while and not let go as of yet so I'm curious if he has some relation to the store owner? Also, I've noticed that these reviews have never been responded to. Clearly the management at this location does not care at all. I do not want to continue to fuel business for this location when they care so little about their customers.

Every time I order online they always forget my cheese this is probably the 5th time. Then I end up paying extra for nothing. Please pay attention to your online order tickets! Other than that I have no complaints.

I had my online order at 11:54am, and received message that the order was ready at 12:15. I came down and noticed that the food was not ready at all. I talked to the staff a few times, he ignored me, and in the end, he said that he was busy and asked me to wait. I waited another 15 minutes, he was not that busy, and he only served to those people who were in the lines.
In the end, I walked away and went to another restaurant to have my food. I am not going there anymore, very poor service at this subway.
