We went through late tonight, but wow.
Barbie who took our order was the quickest and most efficient drive thru order taker ever. She had so much energy at friggin midnight! You could feel her smile through the intercom.
Summer checked us out and gave us our food and everything else we asked for with a smile on her face. They ran this drive thru.
Please give these employees a raise! 😍

I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and three vehicles behind me left. I watched a person getting ready for their shift putting headgear on and a mask(which you no longer need) who moved entirely to slow. Management should have them pick up the pace when you get busy! Slow motion not cool in fast food business, and burning fuel at these prices isn't either.

It’s probably unfair to downrate a location for this when this is probably a consistent problem across all whataburgers, but this is the one I always go to, and as far as I saw, the app doesn’t have an avenue for internal, non public facing feedback.
Online orders are consistently handled poorly. It seems like no system for them has been implemented into the triage of in-store, in-store to-go, and drive-through.
I placed my order today at 8:50. The app said it would be ready at 9:02. I arrived to pick it up at 9:03, was given coffee, and told my grub would be up in just a minute.
At 9:20, I caught the attention of a helpful employee who had helped number 32 finally get her food went back and tracked down my order. I deduced from his face and the relative coolness of the food that it had been fully prepared by someone else and then forgotten somewhere.
These employees are all really nice, obviously hard-working, and clearly doing their best. Like many places, it looks like they’re trying to achieve the best results they can with broken, dysfunctional systems and a lack of upward support.

1st time to this location; only 600+ left to visit in TX and 800+ total in USA. We have eaten at several locations in Collin county and made the effort to drive across town to try new location. Especially when they had a buy one get one free burger. Very popular Sat PM inside and with drive-thru.

When we entered the drive-thru line my daughter was 4 years old. When our meals finally arrived we had to hurry or we would have missed her high school graduation. Still love Whataburger, though.

Wanted to try the new Southern Chicken sandwich with bacon and coleslaw and it was really really good but I waited for like 10 minutes outside of Whataburger after I ordered it the window they sent me to the front to wait and I waited for like 10 minutes so I thought I'd get this piping hot they said that they the wait was so long because they were waiting for the chicken to come be cooked and I thought it was going to be piping hot but actually it wasn't the coleslaw would seem to be just pretty much chopped cabbage didn't really have a flavor like a good sweet coleslaw would but actually the sandwich was really good I got the spicy chicken

Worst experience ever. I would give negative stars if I could. We were the only ones in line, pulled up to order took the person 5 minutes to come over the intercom. We order and pull up and it took 25 minutes for them to get us our food. If we didn’t already pay we would’ve left. The cars behind us left because it was taking so long. And when we got our food it was cold.
