Clean, friendly, staff working hard and gave me my order very quickly and correct. Staff took the time out of their day to lighten moods, put a smile on my face and was very professional as well. Hard to do in customer service. Thanx guys good job

They do great just need to pay attention to the front counter as well but I totally get it the drive thru times have to be quick so you keep the oepe down but I have to say the food is always good so far and they don't make a mess of my Frappes and not once gave me a Carmel when I ask for mocha so I am fairly happy with them!

I understand that everyone's experience may vary, but I must say that this particular McDonald's location has become one of my personal favorites. Being from Portage, where the McDonald's are closed, and Kalamazoo, the 24-hour service in Otsego is incredibly convenient. Although I don't typically make a dedicated trip solely for McDonald's, I often stop by with my fiancé since he lives in Ots. Without fail, the experiences have always been positive. On this recent visit when I went alone, everything went smoothly. The food was served hot, and the two friendly ladies working there made the experience even more pleasant.
