The worker running the register on 7/9 at lunchtime was very polite and efficient. The food was actually hot.

Not much to say about the food as it is fast food but I love the Chilli. The staff is also very friendly. We only use the drive-through so I can't say much for the atmosphere.

Had the pretzel bun chicken bacon sandwich, love the bun, but the sandwich itself was not flavorful. Added mayo to bring it up some. Note this was made minis the honey mustard. Chicken was tender, but not not juicy. Fries were average, ish. Sweet tea was really good. Not sure what they do different, but I enjoyed the sweet tea, but had no interest in a refill. Staff in Plainwell did a good job with service.
