Outstanding overall (repeat) performance by the preparer, G: a. Very polite, and it is thus an extreme pleasure to attend this location, now and for many future re-visits b. It’s my first time trying the DD “Power Breakfast sandwich, as I usually go to BK or McDonald’s for these sandwich items in the AM… • I truly think that this manager must be a sous chef in his home country, and came here (on numerous other past occasions I’ve had his fresh, succulent donuts that could easily be served in a 4 star restaurant…) , and would up at dunkin…good for us…it’s our neighborhood’s “steal!” • Perfectly cooked. Unbelievable combination of vegetables, eggs, and sausage, on a perfectly toasted slightly moist English muffin. I added a bit of black pepper and wow! i. I am sorry that I every ate at Micky Dee’s or BK..those are sad excuses for what they pass off as breakfast items. ii. I can still taste the remarkable flavor on my lips c. Keep it up!. This is not the usual ‘support our restaurants due to covid blurb…’ instead it’s a very selfish ‘thank goodness that we are able to recruit such high quality personnel to our area…

I wish I could rate this Dunkin negative 5 stars. The customer service is terrible. I order on the app all the time and my order is never ready. The owner must be absentee because most of the people who work here don't care. The young guys are good. It's the older short guy with the mustache who doesn't care. And the girls who work there in the mornings are horrible too.

I should have learned my lesson by now with this place… I go here mainly for the convenience cause it’s on my way to work. Today wasn’t the first time this place had trouble with the mobile orders. I ordered way before I left my house because I know they always are backed up. When I got there not only was my mobile order not ready but they claim the “mobile orders aren’t working”. When asked what I got I told them and the worker made me a completely different order , they made my another drink again not what I ordered by that time I was almost late for work and just needed to leave. Hopefully I learned my lesson and will avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Probably one of the worsts on Long Island.
